Terms of Service

By using our website or purchasing MSP Pipeline Triage™, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we serve

We work with U.S. Managed Service Providers. Services and pricing are designed for MSPs in the United States.

2) Offers and scope

MSP Pipeline Triage™

Two execution options:

  • DIY Workbook: You run the process using our workbook and checklists.
  • DFY: Express Triage – We run the process, deliver findings, and provide a 30-day plan.
  • The Triage follows three steps: Diagnose, Stabilize, Strategize.

Growth Engine
Ongoing monthly service with strategy, execution, and a live KPI dashboard. The initial term is six months, followed by month-to-month.

3) Pricing and payment

Triage prices are shown at checkout. Prices are tax‑inclusive. Payment is due in full by credit card at the time of purchase.

Growth Engine is billed monthly in advance per agreement.

4) Triage timelines and deliverables

  • DIY: We email your workbook after successful payment. Current version only.
  • DFY: We email the following steps and begin work. The 30‑day Triage window starts on the purchase date. We provide a final handoff meeting at the end.
  • A diagnosis and strategy summary is delivered within three business days of purchase for the DFY option. We then complete Stabilize and Strategize within the 30-day window.

5) Refunds, pauses, reschedules

  • Refunds: Requests must be made within 3 business days of purchase. After that, purchases are non‑refundable.
  • Pause: one pause allowed for up to 14 days if your team is delayed.
  • Reschedule: Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule meetings.

6) Triage credit and upgrades

Apply 100% of your Triage fee to the first month of a Growth Engine plan when you sign within 30 days of purchase. One credit per company. No stacking. No cash value. If the kickoff is delayed due to access or approvals, you must still sign within 30 days to retain the credit.

DIY to DFY upgrade: If you upgrade within 30 days, we will apply your DIY payment to the DFY upgrade.

7) Cooperation and access

You agree to provide timely information and reasonable access needed to perform DFY services. Delays in access or approvals can cause delays in deliverables. The Triage schedule still runs from the purchase date.

8) No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, cost per lead, or return on investment. Markets shift. Algorithms change. Competitors act. We ensure process, effort, and transparency, and we report on the metrics that matter: leads, meetings, pipeline, and Customer Acquisition Cost.

9) Results reporting

For Growth Engine, we include a monthly strategy meeting and a live KPI dashboard. We measure what matters and adjust based on evidence.

10) Intellectual property

Your pre‑existing materials remain yours.

Our pre‑existing methods, templates, and frameworks remain ours.

11) Confidentiality

We will keep your non‑public information confidential and use it only to deliver services or as required by law.

12) Acceptable use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to hack, scrape without consent, or violate applicable laws.

13) Third‑party services

Our site and services may integrate with third‑party tools. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies.

14) Disclaimers and limits

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, MSP Growth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid Triage is limited to the amount you paid for that Triage. For monthly services, liability is limited to the fees paid in the thirty days before the event giving rise to the claim.

15) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state where MSP Growth is headquartered. The venue for any dispute is in that state’s courts. Before filing, both sides agree to try to resolve issues informally in writing.
